Fandom Parodie : 17 Billaw

Dans la série « totalement incompréhensible sauf pour moi », ceci est une parodie d’une chanson de Ghost of the Robot (le groupe de James Marsters), appelée « German, Jewish ». Pour la petite histoire de celle-ci, c’est une chanson écrite par le guitariste de 19 ans au sujet de Natalie Portman parce qu’il avait le béguin pour elle. Ecrite, donc, avec la grande maturité sur le sujet qu’on peut en attendre. Il se dit allemand comme les Américains dès qu’ils ont un ancêtre européen, d’où la chanson d’origine.

Le titre de la parodie vient du « 14 Below », le nom du club de Santa Monica où le groupe s’est produit les premières fois.
Billaw est un « diminutif » (comme Kate pour Bob) inventé pour l’occasion pour Bill Kaulitz, le chanteur de Tokio Hotel, qui avait 17 ans au moment où j’ai écrit cette parodie – d’où le 17 Billaw.

Contexte : Tokio Hotel a déboulé dans ma vie pile au moment où j’avais sérieusement besoin de changer de fandom, mais je n’arrivais pas à « décrocher » sans drogue de substitution. Ils ont été ma méthadone de fandom, et une méthadone de premier choix avec ça : pure, non coupée (… Enfin je n’ai pas vérifié), quasi pas d’effets secondaires désagréables, un shoot permanent, un vrai bonheur pendant… 6-7 ans.

Et très franchement, quand je relis cette parodie près de 9 ans après… Elle décrit tout à fait mon sentiment de soulagement et de pure joie à découvrir ce groupe, music snobs go to hell!
